MATT concurrently renovated a new wing for the Beverly Hilton while the hotel remained open and operational. A new central plant services both the Waldorf and the Beverly Hilton. This fast-track project entailed constructing two levels of reinforced concrete below-grade to accommodate back-of-house facilities, all-valet subterranean parking for up to 314 vehicles and 13 levels above-grade of post-tensioned concrete with a limestone and glass façade.
